It’s a great ‘destination location’, we love the creekside location and the holiday feel.

What are the top tips for buying/selling a house

a) choose a knowledgeable, respectable Agent that you are comfortable with and feel that you can work with, ask your friends and relatives for recommendations.

b) first impressions count; present your home well.

c) know what you can borrow; have your finance preapproved.

What trends have you noticed in the local Coffs Coast area recently in terms of real estate

There’s been a lot of growth in the market and although we are seeing early signs of change, it’s always a great time to buy and sell property!

What is something we don’t know about the team at One Agency

We’re multicultural, flexible & adaptable – both physically & emotionally!

What do you like to do on days off work

Between us all, we like to stay healthy, active and enjoy the outdoors, we also volunteer in local schools and with local charities and we even indulge in craft activities!
